All rates are quoted in USD (United States Dollars). All rates quoted are net prices and are inclusive of Service Charge and Tourism Tax (Maldives Tourism Act), currently charged at USD 8/- per person per night regardless of age. In the event of the Tourism Tax is revised by the relevant authorities, the same will be added to the above rates. Rates include breakfast.
Maximum occupancy per room is two (2) adults and one (1) child under 12 years. Anything else to be negotiated with the management and relevant charges will be billed as agreed by the two parties.
Additional charges for children below 3 years will be USD 5/- and USD 10/- for children above 3 years – 12 years, sharing in the parents room.
Day use checkout time is 12:00 pm irrespective of hours of stay.
Airport Transfer:
Transfer from airport to Maafushi island takes 30 minutes by speedboat directly. Travel by speedboat will cost about USD 200/- per one way trip. Requests need to be made in advance in order to arrange speedboat transfer.
Taking a ferry from Male’ takes 1 hours 30 minutes, and costs USD 2/- per person.
Regular ferries are available between Male’ and Maafushi, daily except Fridays, leaving Male’ at 3:00 pm and departure from Maafushi at 7.30 am.
Period of Occupancy:
Confirmed rooms will be available for occupancy after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 12:00 pm. Late checkout is subject to room availability. Rooms used beyond 12:00 pm hours on the day of departure will be charged at day use rate.
Cancellation:
All cancellation of reservation should be notified to the hotel 15 days in advance from the date of arrival. In the event the cancellation period is less than the specified period, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Payments:
All payments should be made by accepted currencies in Maldives, and are subject to a 8% GST (Goods and Services Tax Act).
